Membership Committee Report by Dick McKinney:
Dick McKinney reported that membership is: A copy of the report is available upon request.
Old Business:
There was no old business reviewed, please see new business.
New Business:
1. Election of Officers: Dick McKinney made motion to retain the current officers
and directors with the exception of June Krumrine. Tina Croce Snook will assume
Mrs. Krumrine’s position as director. Seconded by John Hillman.
2. List of lessees statewide.
3. PSCLA filed paperwork to retain non profit status.
4. Yearly Recreational tax of $25. Reversed by PSCLA through legal action.
5. Garbage Fees: PSCLA cannot change this.
6. Game cameras and your camp.
7. Two lessee gate issues.
8. Bogus inspections in Delaware district.
9. Trees and addition to lessee’s site in a wilderness area.
10. Who can legally enter your leased camp.
11. Marcellus gas drilling and water testing.
12. County school taxes.
13. Dr. Dennis J. Wydra presented an excellent demonstration on the content of
“Fracking” water and the effects of the Marcellus gas drilling project.

14. Severance tax discussed- 10% to forestry and 90% to general fund
